Over 100 million children in low- and lower-middle-income countries experience hunger daily; with millions attending school without food, which impacts their concentration and learning. A significant number of children, especially girls, are unable to attend school due to family requirements for assistance with agricultural work or domestic responsibilities.
To address this challenge, The Responsibles Foundation has launched a school meal initiative entitled “A Cup of Responsibility.”
This initiative is multisectoral and aim to improve children’s education, health and nutrition; because it guarantees the provision of nutritious breakfast each morning.

This breakfast initiative delivers a daily Oatmeal designed to meet the nutritional needs of children/students.
Access to a nutritious breakfast improves concentration, school attendance, and overall health for children. For many, this programme provides their only substantial meal of the day, making it essential for their well-being.
All the oatmeal will be cooked and assembled at our main kitchen facilities and safely distributed to the different schools. We have implemented rigorous hygiene protocols. Regular audits and feedback from participants help us maintain high standards.
